Once you have severed your relationship with the vendor’s update requirements, you are free to pursue
your agenda. For example, in one client we were able to eliminate almost 1.5 gigabytes of unused space. In another we
enabled them to migrate to the next version of their database software without waiting on their application software. DBAs love us!
Each of our consultants has at least ten years experience in multiple vendor packages. We can help you with any
modifications you want to make. And now, that you do not have to worry about subsequent vendor changes stepping
on your changes, it is much easier.
We do not limit your contact method to a bulletin board or email. We provide for direct telephone access to your
assigned consultant. We also do not limit who may call. Any functional or technical employee can initiate a
support call. However, you may want to institute an escalation process in your shop. The choice is yours.
Our support is not limited to the technical side of the shop as our consultants are also subject-matter experts.
It is very likely that your primary consultant will also be a CPA or CPP. You also have direct access to these
consultants, even if they are not assigned as your primary consultant.
